Terms of Reference

Application Procedure

The application will be reviewed by an expert of Imagination Lab Foundation. If Imagination Lab Foundation considers the application of interest, the applicant will be contacted by email within four weeks from the date of the application. The applicant will be asked to provide additional information on the project, if necessary. If all requirements are met, Imagination Lab Foundation will offer the applicant an agreement in writing concerning the financial support.
As a rule, Imagination Lab Foundation will also contact the applicant, if the application is not considered eligible for financial support after a first review. However, if an applicant does not receive a reply to the application within four weeks, the application will be deemed as rejected.
The decision whether or not to reply to the application and/or to offer financial support is in the sole discretion of Imagination Lab Foundation. Imagination Lab Foundation does not have any obligation to motivate or elaborate on the decision.
The application procedure is subject to the Swiss material law. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Steinhausen ZG, Switzerland.
